PERSONAL
TRAINING - (one-on-one)
If
it's results you are after then having a Personal Trainer
is the way to go. Your Trainer will do the following
(all included in the contract):
1.
Health Screening
2. Health Assessment, Body Composition Analysis and
Fitness Assessment with report
3. Consult with you regarding your specific goals &
objectives and their deadlines
4. Specific, individualized program design and prescription
5. 5-Day Diet Report Back - with advice (nutritional
prescription is available from our dietician)
6. Re-assessment and program design at the start of
every new contract (monthly)

Rehabilitative
Conditioning from a registered Biokineticist is also available
for chronic disease and orthopaedic injuries or post-operative
rehabilitation.
Services of the Registered Biokineticist are claimable from
Medical Aids.

It
takes two to TANGO! Whether it is husband & wife, partner
& partner, buddy & buddy or if you just simply cannot
do it on your own! Two, Three and up to Four can train together!

HEALTH, FITNESS & BODYCOMPOSITION ANALYSIS
If
you are planning to engage in a structured exercise
regime it is essential to determine your current physical
status. Assessment results will ultimately determine
if where you want to go is realistic and possible. Consulting
your Personal Trainer about these results and a structure
exercise program is worth every centimeter!

PROGRAM-DESIGN
& ORIENTATION
Consulting
with your Trainer after having an assessment may assist in
putting your personal goals & objectives in perspective
as well as reaching them sooner. Included in the specifically
design program is an orientation session to take you through
and explain the program to you.
Sport specific programs are also available.
